Spirax 501 is a quarto 250 x 200mm carbonless purchase order book with 50 sequentially numbered duplicate sets.
A numbered order form gives a small business a simple purchasing trail. Each order goes to the supplier as the original, a copy stays in the book, and the form itself asks the supplier to quote the order number on their invoice and delivery docket so paperwork can be matched when it arrives. The sample form on the cover has fields for the date, from and to, an ABN box for each party, then qty, description, each, GST and total columns closing on sub total, GST and total inclusive of GST.
There is also a line for the name and signature of the person authorised to order, which helps where more than one staff member buys. ACCO list a protector board to stop pressure marks reaching the next set, perforated forms, and spiral binding that lets the cover fold right back.
