The Zions Z-PSP pay slip pad holds 50 printed pay slips, each 165 x 90mm, for businesses that write up their wages by hand.
Not every employer runs payroll software. A family business with a handful of staff, a seasonal farm crew or a club paying casual bar staff often works out the week's wages on paper, and each worker still needs a slip showing how the figure was reached. This pad gives a ready made layout so nothing gets left off.
Each slip has lines for the pay date, employee name, award classification, annual pay rate where it applies, the pay period or week ending, ordinary hours and two overtime rates, gross earnings, allowances, deductions and tax, then net wages paid, the employer super contribution and the fund it went to, with a line for the employee to sign as received. Zions state the pad is designed to comply with Fair Work Australia regulations and with Federal and State Award and industrial relations regulations.
