Record fax dispatch with a dated stamp for complete outgoing document records
The Xstamper CX-BN Faxed/Date Message Stamp in red is a pre-inked rubber stamp that delivers sharp, consistent impressions for fax dispatch tracking, outgoing document records and paper-based correspondence management in Australian offices.
Xstamper is Japan's premium pre-inked stamp brand, trusted by offices worldwide for the quality and longevity of their ink formulation. The CX-BN series uses laser-engraved rubber for precise impressions that remain crisp across up to 100,000 uses. The Faxed/Date format records both the faxed status and the date of dispatch in a single impression, creating a complete timestamped record on the file copy. No stamp pad required - the built-in oil-based ink reservoir handles everything.
While fax use has declined in many workplaces, numerous Australian industries including legal, medical, government and real estate continue to rely on fax transmission for certain document types. The Faxed/Date stamp provides a professional, reliable way to maintain paper records of fax dispatch without relying on fax confirmation sheets alone. The red ink ensures the marking is clearly visible on white documents.
Suits legal firms, medical practices, government offices, real estate agencies and any workplace where fax dispatch records are maintained on paper file copies. Re-inkable with Xstamper refill ink.
