A Lidded Stainless Frypan That Matches the Saucepans
Connoisseur 751039 is a 24 cm frypan in 304 grade polished stainless steel, supplied with a tempered glass lid that has a steam vent.
Stainless suits cooks who want to brown meat properly, deglaze for a sauce or use metal utensils without worrying about a coating. The lid makes it a shallow braising pan as well: start a chicken thigh or a batch of mince with the lid off, then cover to finish.
Weatherdon list it as suitable for all cooktops and dishwasher safe, with a brushed finish inside that carries internal capacity markings and a Bakelite handle.
