Verbatim 44024 is a 64GB Premium SDXC card with Class 10, V10 and UHS-I U1 ratings, formatted exFAT so single large video files are not split up.
Sixty four gigabytes suits a camera that goes out for a whole shoot, an inspection round or a conference without being emptied in between. ACCO explain that the exFAT file system lets SDXC cards hold large volumes of data, while the UHS-I bus gives the higher speed. In a camera or reader without UHS-I support the card falls back to its Class 10 minimum, so it still works in older SDXC equipment.
It needs an SDXC slot. ACCO state that Verbatim SDXC cards can only be used in SDXC host products, so a device that stops at SDHC will not recognise it. The pack carries water resistant, shock resistant and temperature resistant icons. We have left the read speed off because our pack photo reads up to 80MB/s and the ACCO photos read up to 90MB/s for this code.
