PAID Stamp With A Box For The Payment Date
Shiny 9SEN201-2 is a red pre-inked PAID stamp with a blank panel built into the lettering, so each invoice gets the paid mark and a handwritten payment date in one spot.
In the impression shown in Staedtler's 2024 catalogue, the P and D stand tall in outline at either end, the A and I sit small along the top edge, and an open rounded panel fills the space between. Write the date, a cheque number or your initials inside it once the stamp is down.
Bookkeepers who reconcile against bank statements often want the date on the paper itself. With this layout the paid mark and the date travel together, which saves keeping a separate dater on the desk.
There is no pad to buy, because the ink is held in the stamp. Shiny is the maker and Staedtler the Australian distributor, who list red refill ink 9SO-62 for this series. A blue version is sold as 9SEN201-3.
