Six Staedtler pigment brush pens in the 371 C6-3 Greens and Turquoises box: 51 willow green, 5 green, 57 olive green, 35 turquoise, 506 jade green and 505 mint.
Half the box is foliage and half is water. Willow, green and olive give three leaf values, light to shade, enough for a convincing fern, gum leaf or houseplant. Turquoise, jade and mint cover shallow seas, pool water, glass, sea glass and tropical birds. Mint is soft enough for a background wash, and jade bridges the two groups when a pond needs weed and water in one stroke.
Buyers often ask where this box sits against the other green sets. The 371 C6-8 Blues and Greens box leans deeper and bluer; C6-3 is fresher and lighter. Both share the translucent Multi Ink, so greens from either box can be layered over each other once dry.
