Twelve triplus Colours in a Stand-Up Tub
Staedtler 334 PR12 is a clear triangular tub holding twelve triplus fineliners in assorted colours.
The tub is the triplus shape scaled up: three-sided, with a clear lid that lifts off, so it stands on a desk as a pen holder and drops into a bag as a case. Staedtler call it a triangular pen case and their Australian catalogue lists it as a tub of 12. It is clear plastic, not metal.
Staedtler Australia list the twelve as warm yellow, orange, red and magenta; cool blue, pale blue and violet; green and willow green; and brown, light grey and black. That is a balanced spread for colour-coded notes, maps and diagrams, and enough range for small colouring projects.
The pens have superfine tips set in metal for lines of about 0.3 mm, triangular PP barrels, and water-based ink that Staedtler class as DRY SAFE. Staedtler state the 334 is made in Germany.
