Light Grey triplus Fineliner, Box of 10
Staedtler triplus fineliner 334-82 in light grey, ten single pens in a box, for soft neutral lines that sit back on the page.
Light grey is the quiet colour of the range. It suits construction lines you plan to ink over, shading and hatching in drawings, faint guide marks in a planner, and notes in the margin that should not compete with the main text in black.
Each pen has a superfine metal-clad tip that Staedtler rate at about 0.3 mm, in a triangular barrel that sits naturally between thumb and fingers. Being water-based, the ink should come out of most fabrics in the wash, according to Staedtler. Light grey is a DRY SAFE colour, so a cap left off during a long session will not leave you with a dried tip.
On a flight, a pressure equalising design keeps it from leaking, Staedtler say, and the maker gives Germany as the country of manufacture.
