Blue Superfine Lines For Tracing And Fine Notes
Staedtler 311-3 puts ten blue Lumocolor non-permanent pens with the S superfine tip in one box, for the smallest handwriting the range can do.
The superfine tip writes approx. 0.4 mm per Staedtler. Blue is a useful companion to black for tracing two layers of detail onto clear film, numbering small parts trays, adding fine notes beside printed figures or marking glassware that will be washed and reused.
Per Staedtler the 311 marks nearly every material and suits overhead projection; the ink is water-soluble, sets quickly and is cleaned off film with a moist cloth. They point to bright colour, polypropylene construction, a locked superfine nib and pressure equalisation so the pen survives flights without leaking.
The blue 487 15-3 refill station extends the pen: ready again in minutes, fully refilled after 3 to 4 hours, per Staedtler.
