The Stabilo CarbOthello chalk-pastel coloured pencil in Cobalt Blue delivers highly pigmented colour with a charcoal-like feel, making it a versatile tool for artists and students alike. With a 4.4 mm diameter lead, it can be used dry or wet, blended with fingertips or a blending stump, and works with brush and water for aquarelle effects - all while retaining visible contours.
Part of a range of 60 colour shades, this pencil performs beautifully on dark backgrounds and specialist papers. Its excellent light-fastness ensures lasting results, and finished work can be treated with a fixative for superior protection.
