Spirax 500 is a quarto carbonless tax invoice and statement book, 250 x 200mm, with 50 sequentially numbered duplicate sets.
Writing an invoice by hand is still the quickest option for many trades, market stalls and small offices. Each set in this book gives the customer the original and leaves a copy bound in the book, with no carbon sheet to line up. The form has space for date, order number, from and to details, supplier and recipient ABN, and columns for quantity, description, each, GST and total, finishing with sub total, GST and total inclusive of GST.
ACCO note sequential numbering so no two invoices share a number, and a protector board that stops pen pressure marking the sets underneath. The spiral binding lets the cover and used forms fold right back, and the forms are perforated for tearing out. At quarto size the form has more room for line items than the smaller 555 book.
