Spirax 161 is a 335 x 240mm writing book with 18mm dotted thirds on 64 pages of 70gsm paper, sold in packs of 10.
ACCO list no margin for this book, so the dotted thirds run the full width of a page that is already larger than A4. That suits early writers whose letters are still big and uneven, and it leaves space for a drawing under a line or two of text. If a class list asks for wider guides, the Spirax 160 keeps this size and page count with 24mm spacing.
The cover is the Spirax houndstooth in yellow, marked Writing Book, 18mm dotted thirds and No. 161, with a cartoon fish and a 64 page marker.
