Spirax 551 is a 279 x 144mm carbonless memo book with 80 duplicate sets, printed two memo forms to a page.
A quick written memo is often clearer than a verbal message passed along a counter, and the copy left in the book shows what was asked and when. Each form has spaces for from, to, date, time and subject, a ruled area for the message, and tick boxes for reply, initial and return, see me, and completed. The sample on the cover shows each memo carrying a printed number.
ACCO describe the paper as NCR, so the copy forms as you write with no carbon sheet. A protector board goes under the set in use, the spiral binding lets the cover fold back on a narrow desk, and pages are perforated so the top copy tears out cleanly. The cover has a date from and to line for filing finished books.
