Every Call Written Down, With A Copy Left Behind
Spirax 55227, No. 550, is a 279 x 144mm spiral bound telephone message book holding 160 carbonless duplicate sets, printed four forms per page, with a protector board.
Tear off the top slip for the person the call was for and the duplicate stays in the book. When someone later asks whether a client really rang on Tuesday, the answer is still on the stub. NCR paper makes the copy with no carbon sheets, and ACCO include a protector board to stop your pen pressure marking the next form.
The sample form on the cover has lines for To and From, a clock face for the time, a Mobile box, tick boxes for Telephoned, Please ring, Will ring back and Called in, and an URGENT stamp. The spiral lets the cover and finished forms fold right back, so the book sits flat beside the phone.
Pair it with office notebooks for longer notes, or browse carbonless and other record books, account books and everything from Spirax.
