The printed form covers date, order number and invoice number, from and to, supplier and recipient ABN, and line columns for quantity, description, each, GST and total.
ACCO list a protector board to slip under the working set so the writing does not carry through, spiral binding that lets the cover fold back, and perforated pages for tearing out the customer copy. The form also has a GST number box marked for New Zealand use only.
