Polycell CTP 4 is a 340 x 440mm Courier Tuff satchel with a 50mm sealing flap, supplied 750 to a carton.
Orders that outgrow a single garment land here. A hoodie with a cap, two pairs of jeans, or a set of towels folded in half can share the one bag, and a flat boxed item such as a board game still slides in. Polycell list this code fourth of seven in their Courier Tuff size table, between the 280 x 380mm CTP 3 and the squarer 420 x 450mm CTP 5.
Polycell make the range from a multi-layer, co-extruded LDPE film and close it with a hot melt adhesive, which they say adds tamper evident performance. Their photos show a white face, a grey band at the flap end, a blue outlined FROM panel and the Polycell logo with a barcode near the base. There is no padding inside, so breakables need bubble wrap before they go in.
