This pack holds five Olympic No. 762 restaurant docket books, each 93 x 165mm with 25 leaf of Copymate carbonless duplicate dockets.
The waiter writes the order once. The white top sheet goes to the kitchen or the pass, and the yellow copy underneath stays in the book as the record for the register. Each docket in the cover sample is headed Restaurant Service, with columns for table number, persons, date, time and server, ruled lines for the dishes and a total box at the foot.
