One Colour For One Person Or Stream Of Work
Marbig code 2004219 gives you ten purple Ultra letter files, A4 sleeves in polypropylene that ACCO list at 180 microns, each open on the top edge and down the side.
Purple is rarely claimed by any other system in the office, which makes it handy as a personal or single purpose colour. Give it to one staff member, the board papers, HR matters or a single client, and anything in a purple sleeve is known at a glance. Pages go in and out from two sides, and a scooped thumb hole on the side helps when the sleeve is full.
In ACCO's description the Ultra file is made of thick polypropylene with a smooth finish that resists scratching. The colour is a strong violet in the photo, and printed pages stay readable through it.
For larger runs, the same purple Ultra file comes in a box of 100 in display folders. Button wallets are in Doculopes, and there is more storage in filing and storage.
