Yellow For Every File That Is Waiting On Someone Else
Marbig Slimpick 4004005 is the yellow foolscap document wallet in paper board, sold as a box of 50, each wallet carrying a flap panel for a name and expanding through a 30mm gusset.
A lot of office paperwork is stuck rather than finished: a quote out for approval, a claim waiting on a supplier, a form the client has not signed yet. Move those papers into a yellow wallet and the on hold pile becomes a single colour in the drawer, so a weekly follow up means pulling out the yellow ones and chasing each in turn. When the reply comes in, the papers go into the permanent file and the wallet is used again.
ACCO list each wallet at 346 x 226mm with the gusset taking it to 30mm, and rate it for up to 300 sheets. The name panel is the obvious spot for who you are waiting on and since when. ACCO say it fits a standard filing system.
