Rubber Finger Cones for Counting, Sorting and Page Turning
Esselte Superior 45449 is a box of 30 red rubber thimblettes in Size 1, the finger cone that gives grip when counting banknotes, sorting mail, collating papers or flicking through files.
A thimblette slips over a fingertip, and the dimpled rubber surface catches the edge of a sheet so pages separate without dampening a fingertip. ACCO give Size 1 as 18mm, and the bright red makes a dropped cone easy to find on a desk or in a drawer.
Cash offices, banks, mailrooms, print rooms and libraries tend to go through them steadily, so a box of 30 lets a team keep a few at each desk. Getting the size right matters: a cone that is too loose slips off and one that is too tight is uncomfortable, so check against the size you already use.
