Derwent Graphitint pencils combine tinted, water-soluble graphite with a hint of soft colour, giving artists and sketchers two distinct effects from a single pencil. Use them dry for a subtle graphite tone with a touch of Steel Blue, or add water to unlock rich, vibrant colour across your work.
Each 8ply round pencil features a 4mm strip suited to broader strokes, and sharpens to a finer point for detailed work. The barrel has a grey metallic stained finish with a colour-coded end dip and an angled silver band. The physical properties match those of an 8B water-soluble sketching pencil, with the added dimension of coloured pigment.
