Derwent Graphitint pencils combine tinted, water-soluble graphite with a hint of soft colour, giving artists two distinct effects in a single pencil. Used dry, the Dark Indigo shade delivers a subtle colour tone over a graphite base; add water and the pigment transforms into rich, vibrant colour.

Each 8-ply round pencil features a 4mm strip, a grey metallic stained barrel with colour-coded end dip, and an angled silver band. The pencils share the physical properties of an 8B water-soluble sketching pencil, making them equally suited to broad strokes and fine detail. Sold as a box of 6.
