Derwent Graphitint pencils combine water-soluble graphite with a hint of soft, subtle colour. Use them dry for a restrained tonal effect, or add water to unlock richer, more vibrant colour - two distinct effects from a single pencil.
The Aubergine shade comes in an 8ply round barrel with a 4mm strip, suitable for broad strokes and fine detail when sharpened. The barrel features a grey metallic finish with a colour-coded end dip and an angled silver band. The pencils share the same physical properties as an 8B water-soluble sketching pencil.
