Derwent Graphitint pencils combine water-soluble graphite with a hint of soft colour, giving artists two distinct effects from a single pencil. Use them dry for a subtle tint of colour over graphite's natural drama, or add water to unlock rich, vibrant washes.
The Juniper shade comes in an 8-ply round barrel with a 4mm strip, making it suitable for broad strokes and fine detail alike. Each pencil shares the physical properties of an 8B water-soluble sketching pencil, with the added dimension of coloured pigment. Sold as a box of 6.
