The Derwent Watercolour Pencil in Naples Yellow (colour 07) combines the precision of a pencil with the fluid beauty of watercolour. Use dry for soft, blendable layers, or activate with water to move pigment and create subtle colour washes. Unlike Inktense, watercolour remains re-wettable once dry, giving you ongoing flexibility as you work.
Each pencil features a 3.5mm water-soluble strip in a hexagonal Californian incense cedar barrel for easy handling and sharpening. Highly pigmented for strong colour purity and light fastness, these pencils suit drawing, painting, and mixed media techniques. Sold as a box of 6.
