Derwent Lightfast pencils use an oil-based core formulated to be 100% lightfast, with all colours tested to ASTM D6901 and Blue Wool Scale ISO 105 standards. The buttery, velvety texture allows colours to mix and blend on the page, delivering rich, opaque laydown that resists fading for up to 100 years under museum conditions.
Pacific Blue is part of a premium range offering an exceptional spectrum of colours not found in other lightfast collections. The strong point supports detailed drawing, layering, and paint-like blending techniques - making this pack a reliable choice for professional and leisure artists alike.
