Derwent Inktense Pencils are a water-soluble pencil that transforms when water is applied - dry colour becomes vibrant, ink-like pigment that fixes permanently once dry. The fixed finish makes these pencils suitable for use on fabric including silk and cotton, as well as paper. Colour shade: Tan 1720.
The large colour strip allows expressive laydown with minimal bleed when colours are placed next to each other.
