Derwent Inktense Pencils are water-soluble colour pencils that work beautifully dry and transform into vibrant, ink-like colour when mixed with water. Once dry, the colour is fixed and permanent, making these pencils suitable for use on fabric including silk and cotton, as well as paper. Each pencil features a round stained ink blue barrel with colour dip end and metallic blue trim.
The large colour strip allows for expressive gestures and easy colour washes. The firm laydown applies smoothly, producing a bright, intense finish with minimal bleed when colours are placed side by side.
