A thousand metres between reel changes
Cumberland polypropylene pallet strapping in 12mm on a 1000 metre roll, for securing pallets and parcels by hand.
Reel changes are dead time on a dispatch bench. A 1000 metre roll runs far longer between changes than the short reels sold for occasional use, which is the difference between strapping being a background task and an interruption.
Polypropylene at 12mm wide by 0.55mm thick handles general palletising and carton bundling, holding tension without the cost or the cutting risk of steel banding.
The 20cm internal core suits standard dispensers and hand tensioners, so it drops into an existing bench setup rather than requiring new equipment.
