A 2.3 L Non-Stick Pot for Pasta, Soup and Rice for Several
Connoisseur 750320 is the 20 cm, 2.3 L saucepan in Weatherdon's pressed aluminium range, ceramic non-stick inside and supplied with a glass lid.
It holds enough for pasta or rice for a few people, a pot of soup to share at lunch, or vegetables for a small group, and it is the more useful size if you only buy one saucepan. Weatherdon give it as 20 cm wide and 8.5 cm high.
Like the rest of the pressed range it suits gas, electric and ceramic tops but not induction. It can go through the dishwasher, though Weatherdon recommend washing by hand for best results.
Pair it with the 16 cm, 1.3 L saucepan (750316) for sauces and the 26 cm frypan (750226).
