20 reusable holders that clip or pin on, plus 3 sheets of inserts. Avery's own name for this is the Clip and Pin Name Badge Kit, and the two attachment options are the point of it. Each sheet carries 8 perforated badges, so 24 inserts come in the box and the holders are reused with refills after that.
Everything you need is in the box. The holders are reusable and you buy inserts again when you run out, not the whole kit.

A correction. Our own listing for this code claimed an Avery template code that does not exist, a micro-perforated card Avery does not describe and how cleanly the badges separate after printing. Avery publishes none of it, so it has been removed.
