A 0.5mm pen is a good middle weight for strong outlines, signatures, journalling and title lettering on drawings. ACCO Australia describes acid-free, water-based pigment ink, a plastic barrel and a metal reinforced nib that is suitable for ruler and template work. The box front prints Pigment ink, Water based and Water resistant, with Acid free on the label.
