A Full True HEPA Filter for the AeraMax Pro AM 2
Fellowes 9544301 is a single True HEPA filter for the AeraMax Pro AM 2, the all particle option for this purifier, with the longest filter life Fellowes quote for any AM 2 filter.
The Fellowes figure for this filter is 99.97% of airborne particles captured at sizes down to 0.3 microns. Where the standard AM 2 hybrid filter splits its face between HEPA and carbon, this filter is all HEPA, so it suits rooms where dust and fine particles are the focus rather than odour. Fellowes also note an antimicrobial treatment on this filter; the specifications carry their sentence word for word, and no agent or test standard is given.
Fellowes give a two year filter life, depending on use. One filter comes in the box. Fellowes list it at 1.875 inch deep against the 50mm in our title. For odour control in the same room, look at the hybrid or full carbon AM 2 filters.
