Double Carbon Filters for Odour Heavy AM 3/4 Rooms
Fellowes 9436802 is a pair of full carbon filters with pre-filter for the AeraMax Pro AM 3 and AM 4, which Fellowes say contain twice the activated carbon to adsorb a wide range of volatile organic compounds and odours.
Fellowes offer the AM 3/4 with different filter sets. The standard set pairs a True HEPA filter with a thin carbon filter, while this full carbon filter puts the emphasis on activated carbon. That suits rooms where smell and chemical odours are the main concern: kitchens and break rooms, print and copy rooms, workshops, waste and cleaning stores, or spaces near fresh paint and new furniture.
Fellowes quote an average filter life of approximately 24 months, the longest of the AM 3/4 filters. The two pack covers two purifiers, or one purifier for two changes. Fellowes give two different depths for this filter (60mm in their copy, 2 inch in the item description and our title), so we do not state one; check against your fitted filter.
For kitchens and break areas see breakroom and kitchen supplies; the purifiers are in air purifiers and the brand at Fellowes.
